Ameren enlisted Aleo Prime to look for, develop community outreach programs, and help execute energy and project savings opportunities for there Multi Family Market Rate and Income Eligible customers focusing heavily on the urban core and rural communities.

Opportunity

These customers faced several challenges including poorly lit common space, high electricity bills, equipment that was entering its end of shelf life, and maintenance issues. Some of the original equipment Aleo Prime replaced included exterior lighting, interior lighting, showerheads, faucet aerators, thermostats, air sealing, air conditioners, furnaces, appliances, and water heater insulation to name a few.
